Back to basics
- is a low intensity circuit training class that is designed for adults 18 and up who need to start at an elementary level.
Intermediate Circuits
- Is a moderate circuit training class designed to keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone for 30-45 minutes at a time. You must have instructor approval before attending this class. It is recommended to attend 4 back to basics classes prior to beginning in the intermediate class. A good way to test if this class is for you is to run 3 miles without stopping to walk. If you can do that then you should be able to complete the circuit.
H.I.T Class
-H.I.T. stands for HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING. The name speaks for itself. This class is designed for graduates of our Intermediate class and you MUST have instructors apporoval before attending. This class is designed to keep your body in the sub-V02 max zone for 30-40 minutes at a time. If you do not know what that means than this class is not for you. This class is for experienced endurance athletes only or for individuals who have worked their way up through the intermediate class. BUTTS AND GUTS! (For Women Only)
-Is a class just for woman taught by a female trainer. This class is designed to keep your heart in the fat burning zone for 30-40 minutes while targeting those hard to reach areas such as butts, guts, hips and thighs.
Teen training
- is for the 14-18 year old high school athletes who have a goal of competing in college.
Fit Kids
- is for children 14 and under who want to learn the components of fitness and what it takes to become a successful athlete in high school.
Team speed and Agility Training
-SST will come to your facility and work with your team on improving speed and agility. Coaches you provide the field or gym and we will provide the equipment.

Team Strength Training
- SST will come to your strength training facility and put your team through a strength training program that is safe, efficient, and proven to show results. Coaches it is your responsibility to provide the facility, we provide the strength coaches and the workout.

Body Fat Analysis
- This is offered for free with all one on one private personal strength and conditioning sessions.
-SST has all the right equipment to track progress in reduction of Body Fat and BMI (Body Mass Index)
-SST is an authorized power-systems dealer and can supply you with all the right exercise equipment for the perfect in home workout facility
-SST will offer one free circuit training class for every $100 dollars of equipment purchased.
