DESCRIPTION:\n\nWe Stand Together, Inc. and Primary Medical Care Center is excited to invite you to the 3rd Annual Blue Hope Colon Cancer Awareness 5K!\nThe funds raised from this event will benefit two of our programs, The Natalie Marc Surpris Scholarship Fund which is awarded to college students whose parent/legal guardian is battling cancer or has passed away due to cancer, and the We Stand Together Financial Assistance Program, which provides emergency funds for living expenses to cancer patients in active treatment.\nWe hope you will join us as we come together to encourage, uplift, and support those in our community impacted by cancer. Invite your family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to join us. Whether you form and run with a team or join individually, we thank you for taking a STAND with us in the fight for a GREAT cause!\nEVENT DETAIL\nRace Day Schedule:\n6:30 a.m. – Registration/Check-in and Packet Pick-up\n7:00 a.m. – Opening Ceremony and race warm-up session with a fitness instructor and DJ\n7:30 a.m. – 5K Race begins (Timed Race option is Available)\n8:00 a.m. – Fun Field events begin\n9:00 a.m. – Easter egg hunt for the little ones\n9:30 a.m. – Closing/Award Ceremony and presentation of the Natalie Marc Surpris Scholarship Fund\nThere will be a children’s corner with entertainment, fun field events for all participants, food/health vendors, and more.\nPlease remember to share your photos/videos on social media!
