DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n4th ANNUAL ADEN PERRY HERO EVENT. \nA 5k RUN/WALK TO HONOR THE  LIFE AND CELEBRATE THE LEGACY OF ADEN PERRY AND HIS MOST SELFLESS AND HEROIC ACT THAT MADE HIM A HERO…AND NOW ANGEL\nCOLLECTING SCHOOL SUPPLIES TO DONATE TO STUDENTS IN NEED TO HELP THEM ON THEIR ACADEMIC JOURNEYS . BRING A BAG OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND YOU WILL GET A RAFFLE TICKET  FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A GREAT RAFFLE PRIZE…..(NOT THE MOTORCYCLE)!\n IN HONOR OF ETHAN LAWRENCE, AN ELITE RUNNER AND OVERALL WINNER OF OUR 1ST ADEN PERRY HERO EVENT WHO LOST HIS LIFE WHEN HE WAS STRUCK BY LIGHTNING WHILE OUT RUNNING, WE ARE AWARDING A COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP TO THE 1ST PLACE OVERALL  RUNNER IN THE 15-19 AGE GROUP CATEGORY\n⭐️⭐️⭐️ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER OF RAFFLE FOR CUSTOM HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLE⭐️⭐️⭐️\n⭐️GREAT CHIPPED, TIMED  5K COURSE AT  MARKHAM PARK\n\n⭐️ETHAN LAWRENCE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDED TO  1st PLACE OVERALL RUNNER  IN  15-19 AGE GROUP⭐️\n⭐️PRE-EVENT STRETCH / WARM-UP COMPLIMENTS OF YOGA FACTORY & FITNESS⭐️\n⭐️DYNAMIC WARMUP BY OUTFIT ⭐️\n⭐️LIVE DJ⭐️\n⭐️POST RACE FUN⭐️\n⭐️CRAFT PROJECT OPPORTUNITY⭐️\n⭐️SMOOCH ADEN’S POOCH⭐️\n⭐️POST EVENT REFRESHMENTS⭐️\n⭐️LIFE SAVING CPR DEMONSTRATION/TRAINING⭐️\n⭐️CANDY BAR⭐️\n⭐️SNOW CONES ⭐️\n⭐️WINNER MEDALS GIVEN TO 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD PLACE MALE AND FEMALE OVERALL AND 1ST 3 MALE AND FEMALE WINNERS  IN EACH AGE GROUP⭐️\n⭐️CUSTOM FINISHER MEDALS TO ALL PARTICIPANTS⭐️\n⭐️ DRI WICK  RACE SHIRTS⭐️\n⭐️COLLECTING SCHOOL SUPPLIES TO BE DONATED TO KIDS IN NEED⭐️\n⭐️SILENT AUCTION⭐️\n⭐️RAFFLES⭐️\n \nSince “THAT NIGHT” so much has been done through the Aden Perry Good Samaritan and Scholarship Fund:\nAden was awarded the Carnegie Hero Award for his selfless heroic act\nAden received 2 medals of Valor\nWe received 2 proclamations for Aden Perry Day in Broward County AND Aden’s home town\nWe have received multiple awards for the works being done in Aden’s name through the Aden Perry Good Samaritan And Scholarship FUnd\nWe are  now an official  501C3   \nWe have given hundreds of SAT Prep,  book and paid testing fees Scholarships\n Awarded over 50 monetary scholarships to graduating seniors\n AWARDED ANOTHER HERO A FULL SCHOLARSHIP TO FF/ EMT SCHOOL\nHonored a student Good Samaritan on Aden Perry Day\nDonated school supplies to over 2000 students in need\nSupported other local charities\nHelped students in protective custody and Foster Care through our Partnership with BCHBA with all their back to school needs \nSponsored Foster Care Kids Holiday Event\nSponsored a student to perform at Carnegie Music Hall\nSent the Western Robotics Club to State Championships\nSet up a college/job prep center at Aden’s High School\nSet up  a reading corner at local Elementary School\nSponsored a sensory wall at a local Pre-School\nSponsored classroom events at local schools\nSponsored school events\nAdopted and maintain a city street in honor of Aden\nPresented the Aden Perry Hero Life Ring initiative with the goal of having life rings along waterways to aid in future water emergencies\nReceived multiple awards for the Aden Perry Hero Life Ring Initiative\nInstalled hundreds of Aden Perry Hero Life Rings in Broward, Miami Dade and Palm Beach Counties on a County level as well as in municipalities throughout those counties\nInstalled Aden’s Hero Life Rings on campus at FSU and will be on campus at other universities VERY SOON! \n \n⭐️⭐️⭐️We are a 501C3…100% off all the funds generated from this event go directly towards helping students on their academic journeys through the Aden Perry Good Samaritan and Scholarship Fund⭐️⭐️⭐️\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nRace Contact Info\nIf you have any questions about this race, please contact the race director at adenperry@comcast.net\n\n\n \n \n\n
