The Fort Lauderdale 5K will take place in picturesque downtown Fort Lauderdale.  The downtown area has become a favorite for many local events over the past few years.  The area offers a safe, accessible venue for the event with ample parking.  The flat course will offer our runners the scenery of our downtown business and government areas, while achieving your ideal race time! The 5K is perfect for those runners not yet ready for the Half Marathon.  This event is walker-friendly! Our more seasoned runners can choose to participate in the 5K as a final tuneup before the Marathon & Half Marathon events on Sunday.  After the 5K it is a short drive over to the Health & Fitness Expo.
